How Subsidies Work
As we raise funds, the committee will apply subsidies directly to room reservations — reducing the out-of-pocket cost for attending families. The more we raise together, the more we can give back.
The biggest factor? Staff showing up to help at fundraising events. Your time on the ground translates directly into big money for the subsidy pool. Every volunteer hour, every item sold, every ticket purchased adds up fast.
Subsidy amounts are determined by the committee based on total funds raised and are subject to approval.
